We offer asphalt maintenance using an oil based, overlapped spray coat. We do commercial sealing and lines painting as well. We offer repairs for asphalt at an additional cost, depending on size. We also offer concrete construction, for any type of finish or project you have in mind. From driveways and patios, to walkways, shed pads and more, we offer durability and quality in every project.
By periodically sealing your driveway, you can protect your pavement from the UV rays projected by the sun, as well as oil and gas spills. It will help prevent cracks, as it replenishes the bitumen (the oils used in asphalt) that have been absorbed by the sun. In doing so, sealing will extend the life of the asphalt, which will also reduce the need for costly repairs.
We recommend a minimum of 24-48 hours to allow the product to dry. There are some factors that can impact the drying time, such as shade, and climate/temperature.
We only use 10-15mm rebar, while some competitors may use fibre reinforcements.
We secure slabs to existing foundations to allow for extra security for movement as climate changes. We perform early saw cuts to reduce the risk of cracking.
The only thing we ask our clients to do is to clear the driveway of any cars, trailers, basketball nets, and planters. However if assistance is needed we will gladly help move objects such as planters, etc.
When we arrive, we will blow and sweep away any dust and debris before we start sealing.
